How to check my order status

Our standard processing time is within 3-5 business days, but for bespoke watch straps, it may take 3–7 business days. During peak season, there may be delays of 3-5 business days due to the high volume of orders. After that, we start shipping and mark your order as completed, and email you an order tracking number to your billing email address. We use DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or Singapore Post to ship all international orders from Vietnam. These carriers usually deliver within a week, and in some cases, faster than domestic delivery.

What would i do with my tracking number ?

after your order mark as completed, the order tracking number will be sent to your billing email with the order invoice. Next, you just click on the order tracking number you will redirect you to the service you choose when you checkout, then you fill in the order tracking number to input tracking.

Case 1:

If you have created an account in Handdn site, go to My Account > Order > Order Detail, The tracking number will be beside your specific order, Just click the order tracking number you will see your order status managed by Shipping service

Case 2:

if you don't receive any email about order tracking number and don't have an account in Handdn you can use the tracking order function in my chatbox. If the result is processing that mean our team are processing your watch strap and don't ship yet, if the order is marked as completed, just click on the order you will be directed to the shipping service page with your tracking number.
